Getting around VNClagoon+
Learn the shell once, and every product feels familiar. VNClagoon+ is one workplace, not a folder of tools: chat, channels, mail, contacts, CRM, tasks, projects, boards, files, workflow and AI all sit behind one sign-in and share the same frame. This page is the map of that frame — the parts you use in every product, every day.
The same in every product

One sign-in, one launcher
Section titled “One sign-in, one launcher”You sign in once at the portal and open any product you are entitled to — no second login. The launcher shows your products as tiles, grouped into spaces; pin the ones you use and they stay at the top. See The portal home page.
One suite, not a set of tabs
Section titled “One suite, not a set of tabs”The products are wired together, so you rarely copy and paste between them:
- an Action Wheel on a person opens a chat, a mail or a ticket with them;
- a channel topic can start a task or a work item;
- a deal can be sent for approval — start a workflow from any record;
- people, contacts and files are shared, not duplicated.

Resize the left menu
Section titled “Resize the left menu”The left navigation column can be widened when a name is longer than it shows.
Drag the border on its right edge — the width is remembered for next time. Prefer
the keyboard? Focus that border and press the arrow keys (Home/End jump to
the smallest and largest width), and double-click the border to reset it.
Try it in sixty seconds
Section titled “Try it in sixty seconds”- Press
/and search for anything — a product, a person, a record. - Select a colleague’s avatar and watch the Action Wheel open.
- Open Appearance: switch the theme family, then the mode — the whole frame follows.
Where the products differ
Section titled “Where the products differ”Learn the shell once; each product then only asks you to learn its objects — mail folders, chat rooms, the CRM pipeline, a board’s canvas. Every product’s own topics pick up from there.
