Term	Meaning
Conversation	A thread with VNCai that keeps its history.
Assistant (Lago)	The same AI surfaced inside each product.
VNCai	The platform app — the standalone workspace.
VNCid	The sign-in used by VNCai.

Where it runs

VNCai runs on the suite’s own AI stack inside your perimeter, and the assistant in each product is grounded in that product’s content. See AI options and data sovereignty.

Controls

• New conversation — start a thread.
• Search conversations — find one by title.
• Conversation list — reopen history; pencil renames, trash deletes.
• Model menu — How much thought this turn gets: Fast, Balanced, Deep · external, Code · external, Translate · external.
• Composer — the ask box, with a microphone for voice and Send. Enter sends, Shift+Enter adds a line, ↑ recalls an earlier prompt.
