Lists

Lists (tagged SEGMENTATION · CONTACT-TIER LISTS) groups contacts and companies into named segments you can filter and export by.

The page

• Search lists… finds a list.
• The filters narrow by Scope: any, Members: any and Size: any.
• + New list creates one.
• The table shows Name, Members and Description. Until you create one it reads No lists yet — create one to segment contacts.

A contact’s list membership is the Any list filter on the People view — see Filtering and importing contacts. Rule-based selections are configured under Smart lists in Settings.
