Companies
Companies (under RECORDS) is the account list — the organisations your deals and contacts belong to. The header shows the count, for example Companies (104).
Actions
Section titled “Actions”| Action | Does |

| Import CSV / Export CSV | Bring accounts in or take them out. |
| Duplicates | Review and merge possible duplicate companies. |
| Sync from VNCcontacts | Pull in the companies already in VNCcontacts+. |
| Columns | Choose the visible columns. |
| + Add company | Create an account. |
| Saved views / + Save view | Keep a filter as a view. |
Filters and columns
Section titled “Filters and columns”Search companies… and the type chips — All, Customer, Prospect, Partner, Supplier, Competitor — narrow the list. The columns are Name, Type, Industry, Website, Email, Phone and Contacts (how many contacts are linked). Each row has Enrich (find firmographics) and Edit.
